About Bola Pizza
Hi there! We hand make every frozen pizza you'll find at H-E-B, Central Market, DashMarket, Farmhouse Delivery, Foxtrot Market, Royal Blue Grocery, Thom's Market Urban Value Corner Store, Wheatsville Co-op and other smaller grocers. Please note, this is not a normal frozen pizza. Our dough goes through a 72 hour fermentation, all of our toppings are made or processed in house. Our pizzas are hand stretched and topped with a nod to Italy. That means you will not find a thick layer of sauce or cheese across the entire pizza. We want space for our dough to shine. Our ingredients are also different: organic tomato sauce, non GMO flour, only rBST free cheeses made with vegetable rennet and humanely raised meats. We hope you enjoy :)
